Terms of Service

By accessing or using Snpurl in any way including browsing the website, creating an account, or using our API you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using Snpurl on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password Snpurl is not liable for losses from unauthorised access
• Notify us immediately at support@snpurl.com if you suspect a breach
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

You may use Snpurl to create short links for lawful purposes. The following are explicitly prohibited:

• Links to malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious software
• Phishing pages or content designed to deceive users
• Child sexual abuse material zero tolerance, reported to authorities immediately
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Spam, bulk messaging campaigns, or link farming
• Links designed to circumvent geographic restrictions unlawfully
• Impersonating Snpurl, other companies, or individuals

Snpurl and all associated marks, logos, software, and service names are the property of Solypsis Pvt. Ltd.

You retain full ownership of the content at your destination URLs. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and redirect URLs as necessary to provide the service.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform.

Snpurl offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.

• Prices are in INR or USD depending on your location
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe or Razorpay
• Annual plans are charged in one upfront payment
• Failed payments: we retry 3 times over 7 days; accounts are then downgraded to free
• Taxes (GST/VAT) may apply depending on your location

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard. No cancellation fee applies.

• Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period
• Existing short links remain active for 90 days after your account closes, then deactivate
• Data export is available for 30 days post-cancellation
• Snpurl may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms immediately and without notice

We commit to the following uptime targets:

• Free plan: best-effort, no SLA guarantee
• Pro & Basic plan: 99.9% monthly uptime (max ~44 min downtime/month)
• Enterprise plan: 99.99% monthly uptime with dedicated support SLA
• Scheduled maintenance excludes SLA calculations announced 48 h in advance

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Snpurl is not responsible for the content of destination URLs. We act as a conduit, not a publisher of linked content.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in court.

If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Snpurl regarding the service.

We may update these terms at any time with 30 days notice for material changes.
